Project description

A public tender was launched for the operation and maintenance of the Beauvais-Tilé airport in France. The new concessionaire will be operating the airport under a 30-year contract.

The Beauvais airport is a key infrastructure serving the Paris region after Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly. Unlike the CGD and ORY, BVA has focused over the 15 years on low cost or ultra-low cost traffic serving short to mid-haul destination.

Bid submissions are planned for September 2023

Our role

Resonance Advisory is acting as a financial advisor to VINCI Airport.

Our role includes:
Construction of a financial model
Assistance in the definition of a financing strategy for the project and for the bid.
General assistance during the tender process.
