The French state, thought the civil aviation authority has launched a tender for the operation and maintenance of the Cayenne – Félix Eboué airport in French Guyana. The new concessionaire will operate the airport under a 30-year contract and will be responsible for the development and modernization of the airport.

Bid submissions are planned for September 2023

Our role

Resonance Advisory is acting as a financial advisor to VINCI Airport.
Our role includes:
– Construction of a financial model
– Assistance in the definition of a financing strategy for the project and for the bid.
– General assistance during the tender process.
– Financial, tax and accounting audit
– Assistance in the accounting assumptions.
