Resonance Advisory assisted NEOEN for the financing of a wind and solar portfolio in France for a cumulated capacity of 63MW (ZEPHYR 9).

Project description

The Project consists in the construction and operation of a portfolio of 4 projects in France :

• 3 PV projects (45MW), and
• 1 Wind project (17MW).

 

The 4 projects in the ZEPHYR 9 portfolio have been awarded to NEOEN as part of the CRE tenders. 

 

The portfolio reached financial close in December 2022 for EUR 46m of Senior Debt.

Our role

Resonance Advisory advised Neoen for the financing of these projects. This is iteration #9 under the Zephyr program. 

The mission includes:

• Update of the financial model with specificities of the new projects.
• Structuring and optimization of the financing, notably to maximize Equity IRR.
